Man Whore is song about the second Iraqi war, or better yet the man who allowed it. The words are straight Bush refrences. It was 2003 and I was upset that Bush was leading the country with lies. I felt that the religious right had Bush like a puppet. I was sure that he believed that he was a righteous man and that he was here to do "evil" things in the name of god. In the lyrics I use the analogies of The Burning Bush, prostitution, and a motoric beat to set the song's mood. The war machine was underway and I could not believe that the people of the United States would allow such obvious deception. Little did we know at the time that the fool would be re-elected.
